Hi,
>> Should I redownload Autocad again
No, not now as we don't have enough informations.
You can try to disable hardware acceleration, command _GRAPHICSCONFIG
You can try to reset settings to default as described >>>here<<<
If nothing helps, can you please save the dwg-file and upload it here so we can look into the dwg-settings?

I updated Autocad it didn't work. Then reset settings to default also didn't work. Is this a problem with newer versions of Autocad because I use Autocad's 2019 version for Windows and 2018 version for Mac. Should I download the 2016 version ?.
hello, no harm in trying just install and see if any difference with the versions and if will works well. thanks
Hi,
have you tried to disable hardware acceleration?

It didn't work. What's wrong with Autocad ?. Why won't it plot the coordinates, I can draw lines using the mouse but not using the command line, and I need to use the command line to draw because it's required by my professor.
Hello, can you use pline instead of line and explode later to become line and see if helps . We settle later your issue. Thanks
Hi thank you for replying, I can use pline but it doesn't plot the first point to the coordinates I've typed instead it plots it to wherever the mouse pointer is.
hello, can you post your drawing so we can check. thanks
