Hello,
Me and my team are looking to upgrade to a subscription based model for AutoCAD.
I have found this link (https://knowledge.autodesk.com/search-result/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/What-URLs-protocols-shou...) that explains what websites need to be whitelisted in our environment for this to work.
I'm wondering about this part: "The licensing component collects and sends product usage data to Autodesk servers, daily, in compliance with the Autodesk Privacy Policy Statement."
Does anyone know how much bandwidth will these websites actually use? We have a limited amount and need to plan accordingly.
Thanks!

Hi @Anonymous,
I see that you are visiting as a new member to the AutoCAD forum. Welcome to the Autodesk Community!
In my experience, you shouldn't really see much if any impact on your network. I suggest that you install some Trial versions on a couple of your computers and watch the network traffic. If you have any concerns or questions at that point I am happy to find some more information for you.

Hi @Anonymous,
Have you had the opportunity to pursue this further? I am hoping that a Trial on a couple of your computers would show the negligible impact on your network.
I did indeed, and decided to go with the subscription based model since the impact was minimal 🙂
Thank you.
