AutoCAD - Problems deleting layers

Hi There.

I am trying to delete some layers but for example layer 2d shows it has the toilet block on it. I've tried going into block editor & it shows it's on layer SV_PL_FX which is correct. So how can it be on layer 2d? I want to delete layer 2d as it must have been imported with the block. Thanks.

Thanks very much. I did that & exploded, then put all on the correct layer. But it still won't let me delete the layer 2d. Any ideas?

Don't do it in the block editor.

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.

Instead of exploding, redefine the block. Save the block. Save again, then purge the drawing.
