Autocad problem connecting border with text

Hi, I have a big problem! 
I am making a regulation plan for a planned area, and I am setting up lines for border and adding text to them, for example if its a construction site or kindergarden etc. However, when I am trying to connect all borders to text in autocad nothing is happening. And I mean nothing... no loading screen, no error code or anything. And its not getting color codes, which are supposed to be yellow or red, depending on what I am using the area for. This is supposed to come up automatically. I am stressing out, I have a deadline from and assignment in school on monday. I really need help, please anyone!

Can you post some screenshots, a screencast, drawing , or something.  from yor verbal description, I dont have a clue what you are asking for.

okei, sorry its a bit difficult to explain this in English, but I will try my best 🙂
So we are working with a assignment from school. The reason why we are using novapoint, is to make a land-use-plan (that show us what the different area are going to be used for, example, some are used for roads, residential buildings, kindergarten, etc. ) 
I have made my land-use-plan to the area that is planned: 
And made the lines example objects boundaries, and then:

As you can se from the first picture I whant my area (where there is a red circle inside) to be a kindergarten area, next step is to: 

--> Press the button on top, where you can see I drew a circle, but this wont work, nothing happens! 😕 
Because it is suppose to be colored "example yellow," because the area is suppose to be a kindergarten as example: 

At the end my area will look like this, when it is finish, but nothing happens... I dont know what to do?

Hi,

you are using functions from a 3rd party application, not from plain (Vanilla) AutoCAD.

Which product is that?
Have you asked the vendor of that product?

sorry, I dont have access to this third party program.  have you tried seeing if they have a website with forums in which you can ask about your issue?  What you are asking here is not possible in AutoCAD without that third party program.

The operations required to complete the assignment should have been covered in class.  If you are attempting to do something outside of what was covered I'd recommend you stop and go back to what is being asked for.
