autocad objects and lines thickening itself

Hi,

 

As you see from the link below,when I revise as-built projects all lines are thickening.How can I revolve this?

Sorry, no link or dwg-file visible in your thread/post.

Could be line-weights, could be polyline-widths or, in case of AutoCAD's wording of "thickness" the objects have assigned a 3D-thickness in their properties.

If you can upload the dwg-file as well as a screenshot showing what you see as "lines are thickening" would be most helpfull.

Hi,

 

you are working in the layout, in a viewport that has not locked the viewport scale. I would suggest to lock the viewport to the scale you want to use to plot this viewport!

 

Whenever you zoom in the layout you get the lineweight shown for the output-device, not for the display, that's the difference between working in modelspace or in layouts.

 

With other words as a sample: if you have a layout for a defined paper format and then you zoom close to a line you are seeing this lineweight in the same way as you would see it when you go with your eyes close to the plotted paper and use a magnifier.
