Autocad not able to print to plot

While using Autocad, when I try to print > plot > adobe PDF, I get an error message staying that, "Your request could not be completed. Adobe Acrobat license has either expired or not been activated. Try launching Adobe Acrobat." So I close out and open Acrobat and its fine. We are logged into Adobe Creative Cloud with our own account. Is this a known issue with autocad failing to be able to plot print to adobe PDF? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You'll have to work that out with Adobe. In the meantime, AutoCAD comes with it's own (very good) PDF driver. Can you print using that?
