Is there a way to change the color control box of a layer to byLayer. I have a few staff that like to change the default layer colour (say from white to green) to project construction lines, but don't change it back. I currently have a script in place, to zoom world, rotate UCS and set all layers on before closing the drawing.
Is there a way to script changing the color control back to byLayer. I have looked at -CHANGE command, and SETBYLAYER command, but I don't want to change any objects that have manually been changed color, just the color control, so next time the drawing is used it isn't started with green as current. In this case, Layer 0 is the default layer set when a drawing is opened?
