AutoCAD mtext list formatting question

I am trying to create lists in AutoCAD 2021 using mtext with a format similar to:

1. Level 1

     A. Level 2

           1. Level 3

                a. Level 4

However, the only way I can get the lists to format is:

1. Level 1

     A. Level 2

1. Level 1

Is it possible to format lists like in the first example using mtext?

Thank you.

Not as far as I know with mtext.  If you have a lot of multilevel lists, you should use a word process and link the documents or cut and paste as AutoCAD entities.  AutoCAD isn't a word processor.

@htrautman  some like it , see at the right.

Mtext is some like a word processor .

You have the OFF the numbering , or better do not follow the number or letter by a point    .
