AutoCAD mbuttonpan zoom extents not working with Logitech vx revolution mouse

My Logitech vx revolution mouse wheel does not zoom extents (show entire drawing on screen) when double clicked in AutoCAD.  I've tried setting MBUTTONPAN to 1 in AutoCAD, and setting mouse driver settings in SetPoint for the middle button to 'Middle Button', but the mouse wheel still does not zoom extents.  Anyone have a solution to this issue?  Thanks.

Set it to Scroll Wheel (or something similar) in your mouse driver, does that change the behavior? You might have to restart AutoCAD first.

Same mouse, same problem, AutoCAD 2018, did you find a solution eventualy?
