AutoCAD Hyperlink issue with Edge indicating Internet Explorer is no longer supported

When trying to embed a Kuula.co 360 hyperlinks into AutoCAD.

Edge opens the link and the Kuula.co website displays a depreciated note indicating Internet Explorer is no longer supported.

Is AutoCAD using Internet Explorer (IE) to support the browser and identify the browser as IE?

Can this be changed, please?

Example of the link here Msu tenancy 360 230118 031 (kuula.co)

Sounds like something you can demonstrate and report the problem directly to Autodesk

How are you creating the hyperlink? What is 360 referring to?
What is your default browser set to? AutoCAD just opens the hyperlink in the default browser.

I'm not sure if you've tried it. But I just created the hyperlink in AutoCAD just like the OP.

My default browser is Edge and not IE.

But for some reason with this site http://kuula.co/

it'll minimize AutoCAD & open in Edge showing the error

but other sites like www.yahoo.com opens in Edge successfully

I've created both hyperlinks in attached dwg for others to try.

I've tried in both AutoCAD 2020 & 2023.

Looks like a website issue then, not an AutoCAD issue.

@g1nchh things to try as an end user before contacting the website for guidance https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftedge/forum/all/microsoft-edge-is-acting-like-internet-e...

You can also try what that website suggests as alternates "...You can also use other browsers such as Chrome or Firefox....".

Good luck.
