Dear all,

the attached drawing does not zoom to extend. Erase all except entities present. Purge all. Copy paste everything to new drawing& dxfout and dxfin all done. For batch plotting there is issue.

Thanks

It does for me [Acad2024 here].  What do you get when you try?

@coolkris ,

The drawing content is in model, but the viewport is activate in Layout (notice the white background).

Switch to paper (as mentioned on previous post), zoom out, and apply the required scale to the viewport.

But your posted file opens in LAYOUT one with a no pagesetup: that's why you have issues with Zoom Extents I suspect

May I ask, why did you post a DWG file opening in Layout1 if using a layout is not an option for you? Or do you by chance have layout background set to the same color as modelspace backgrounds and you simply lost track of which space you are in?

Attached is your last file back, with all layouts deleted. It works just fine.

The reason your drawing extents is messed up is because one of the basepoints of a block in the drawing is set outside the border. See attached picture. I used quick select and filtered out all block to see grips, then zoomed out a bit. Then I found the troubled block.

Here is a better picture to show quick select, just in case you find another drawing with this problem.
