Stretching Dialogue Boxes

Hi all,

Is it possible to alter Autocad dialogue boxes?

Attached are 2 snapshots of the Property Look Up Table Dialogue box.

The first shows the default box size.

The second shows what happens when I grip the bottom right corner and stretch right.

The overall box width increases (great) but "internally" only the input properties section is stretching.

I would like the look up properties section to stretch.

As can be seen, this section is not wide enough to display the full information.

Anyone?

@crawfordscott ,

You may be able to adjust if you find the correct *.DCL file (usually distributed in the User Support folder).

Hi Valentin,

Many thanks

Yeah, I was thinking about that.

Bit nervous about altering files though.

Looks like this is something you should provide feedback directly to Autodesk. This looks like a dialog box the product uses that are not dcl generated which do not stretch properly

Searched (Nirsoft SearchMyFiles) all .dcl files for property lookup table but it won't find any, so I guess it's a built-in one?

Yes you can tell from the screenshots in the OP that showed the column width being widened which a dcl based dialog box cannot do
