autocad does not recognize mapiinsert

autocad doesnt recognize the command mapiinsert.

how to fix it ?  i REALLY need it.

MAPIINSERT command is not available in Plain AutoCAD. If you are talking about AutoCAD MAP 3D, then check this link:

Welcome to the Autodesk Forums.
"autocad doesnt recognize the command mapiinsert."
Do you have Vanilla AutoCAD or Map 3D or Civil 3D? As @vinodkl says, that command is only in Civil 3D or Map 3D.
"it says it is already included."
That link says you have to download it, and I think they are referring to Map 3D.

Pay attention: "toolsets" is bad wording from Autodesk, those "toolsets" are totally separate programs you must download and install. In your case, that would actually be AutoCAD MAP3D.

Plain AutoCAD does NOT and never will contain all variants in the one single program..
Now you know. Now you can go get and install AutoCADMAP3D, its free with your current subscription.

finally IT came but they told me they cant install map 3d because i dont have civil.

is it true ?  is it impossible to install it with my license because i dont have civil ?

@yairMSKTU,
Civil 3D is built on top of Map 3D, so if you have Civil 3D then all the Map Commands work.
