AutoCAD Command History/Reference/Matrix

I seem to recall there being a handy command matrix available at one point.  I think Hurley had created one.  Anyone have a link to such a command chart/matrix?

I have a client who just upgraded from 2002 to 2016 and I wanted to review when commands where introduced and turn him on to some new commands/features.

Googling or searching here does not reveal such a comparison chart.

The owner of this site http://www.hyperpics.com/ took over for Shaan and kept it up for a few years, but he hasn't updated it since 4/2010.  The best available list of new commands and sysvars would be in Ralph Grabowski's 'What's new in 20xx AutoCAD'.  But you would have to buy the individual ones for each year and he quit publishing those for the 2015 or 2016 release.
