AutoCAD Admin Rights to make changes when opening

When I try to open AutoCad or Architecture in a non-admin user account, I get this message:

When I enter the UN & PW, it goes ahead and opens after some configuring. When I click no, it shows this message:

I'm not trying to remove the application. Anyone know what is going on? Thanks.

This may mostly be a Windows issue. See if anything HERE helps.

Odd...something is definitely going on with your Windows OS or perhaps you're running an antivirus program that's detecting false positives.
