AutoCAD 2023 - Text visible on A3 & A4 but not A1 paper

Hi!

I am new to Autocad 2023 and hope I am able to seek some advice here.

The texts are fine on A3, A4 paper but not on A1 paper.

I think it's a text height issue and paper size . we need to see your A1 and A4 samples ? also it will be good to have your CAD dwg for testing?
