AutoCAD 2021 trial version Vehicle Tracking not loaded

I currently run AutoCAD LT and Autoturn but would like to try AutoCAD with Vehicle Tracking to see if it might be a better option.  I downloaded the trial version of AutoCAD 2021 but Vehicle Tracking doesn't seem to be loaded.  Do I need to do something different to get Vehicle Tracking?

Have you downloaded and installed Vehicle Tracking? Because this is a separate package.
