Getting new serial number and product key

I'm a student version user. I install version 2021 and then I decide to use version 2018, so I uninstall version 2021 and I install 2018. Now I can not activate my lisence, I just have serial number and product key for 2021. Could you give me another serial number and product key for version 2018?

Please login to the subscription manager (https://manage.autodesk.com), there you find all the serial numbers which are assigned to your account/contract.

you need to request a 2018 license the same way you requested 2021
