AutoCAD 2021 - JIT Debugging Error

We've been dealing with the inability to use the "INSERT" command for some time now, unfortunately we cannot operate without this operation. With AutoCAD 2020 we did not have this issue. We have performed "Clean Removal" for a "Clean Installation" multiple times with no change. Visiting the "Download Page" there is no longer an option for AutoCAD 2020 download.

Since we are paying a Subscription for his product we would either like a Permanent Fix for AutoCAD 2021 or a link to AutoCAD 2020 since the outdated software doesn't have this issue. The newer versions will cause serious problems with file recognition since the format is different.

Thank you.

FYI, we are all paying customers in these forums helping each other out: but your post is a little light on a bunch of details needed over here. See if you can

1. Post screenshot of the exact error please.
2. Post a screenshot of your ABOUT command pop-up from 2021 as well.

3. have you seen this from Autodesk and tried the solutions posted yet https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Error-Application-...

OR... you can open a support case with Autodesk if you are on subscription to seek out Autodesk Support's help:

TIA

We found the installation file for 2020. We are going to replace 2021 with 2020.

Thank you for helping.

For Future Reference:

We were able to use one of the updates to solve the issue on one machine, we will try with the other workstations before going back to 2020.
