AutoCAD 2018 FATAL ERROR

 I am not able to use autoCAD continuously and getting the mentioned fatal error in the picture i have uploaded.

 

is there any solution to this?

HI @akanksha.parmar5991,

 

When you see this crash, do you have the chance to submit a CER (crash report)? If you have done this step, please send me the Crash report number so I can examine it to determine what might be happening.

 

Is this the initial installation of AutoCAD or did it just quit running properly?

Hi @akanksha.parmar5991,

 

Are you still having this fatal error when running AutoCAD?

 

Please tell me which OS and build you are running on your computer (WINVER). The .248 build versoin on Windows 10  has been causing some problems for some customers. Removing KB4074588 might resolve this issue for you.
