AutoCad 2018 Creating Text Symbols with white filled

I am using AutoCAD 2018. The image Capture is after I changed one of the floors, this is how it looks on my screen with the white filled. The image Capture1 is how it looks in the plot mode. The lines are still there on the floor plan. How can I plot the way it looks on my screen? Is there another way to create this block so that the background is not there?

Let us see a .dwg please.

And: what do you mean with "in the plot mode"? (Maybe the plot preview?)

PREVIEW is what gets sent to your printer/plotter: if that is what you want just like it shows, is the problem with your printer/plotter not doing what you want?
Or do you mean something else?

This has nothing to do with Dynamic Blocks.  Please use the AutoCAD Forum for AutoCAD topics that do not have anything to do with Dynamic Blocks.

I am trying to have the white fill to overlay the floor plan so there's no lines going through the text. The screen shot with the green callouts is what I would like to plot.

You could add a mask underneath with true color white... 255,255,255.  It will hide your background, but you will have to make sure your draw-order is set appropriately.

Without having the dwg file, all I can do is guess:

Are the white fills (hatches, I assume) on a non-plotting layer?

Do you have the 2018.1.2 update installed? There is a display order issue that was resolved with the update.

If the green blocks already have a wipeout then it may be a display order issue (after you update to 2018.1.2). Select the blocks and bring them to the front.  You can also send the hatches to the back with the HATCHTOBACK command.
