AutoCAD 2018 continuously lags

I can't seem to escape having lag problems with CAD. 

My PC system spec is fully sufficient and is less than a year old.

I'm using AutoCAD 2018. I use a fairly clean workspace in CAD and make sure to purge and delete things. 

I have turned features off like 3D cube, selection preview etc. 

I have my emails open and maybe a webpage when I'm drawing so I don' know what's causing the lag. 

Any help is much appreciated. this is very frustrating.

Hi,

Check if you have updated the AutoCAD to the latest version and turned "ON" the "3DCONFIG" and your dynamic input is turned "OFF".

you can try to switch off your hardware acceleration from options and install latest updates from autodesk and see if helps. thanks

is this lagging happened while opening a certain CAD dwg file or in general ? explain please what kind of lagging ?

there is multi reasons for your issue !! you may need just to turn OFF your snapmode [ F9 ] .

Is the lag constant and consistent in every drawing?

R2018 is not new: so what changed to make it lag all of a sudden?
Or have you been suffering for a year with that new computer?
