What is not working about it?

Can you give us some more info?

Error messages, screenshots, etc.

You could try these steps if starting AutoCAD is your problem: 

 

The following steps can help determine why the program won't open:

  1. Reset AutoCAD Settings as follows:
  1. Install the latest service pack:

http://usa.autodesk.com/support/downloads/

  1. Update the graphics card driver.

Find recommended hardware

  1. If the issue persists, create a new local user account on the computer and give it Administrator permissions. Then log into the computer with a newly created test account and see if AutoCAD launches properly under this user account as well.

If AutoCAD also crashes under the test user account, do a complete uninstall and re-install following these instructions:

its still not working..It's saying that I have to reinstall it.
