It shows up the message suddenly, I can't log in my account. I've checked the  solution link below, still not working.

Hi,

>> It shows up the message suddenly

What is "it" ... do you mean AutoCAD 2017 or AutoCAD 360?

Because AutoCAD 2017 should be able to work without a connection to A360.

Do you actively use A360?
Do you need to restart your computer?
Can you log-in in a webbrowser? Try it, here is the link https://a360.autodesk.com/drive/app/root

No, just normal usage. Restart is not working.

I can log in the link you that mentioned. A360 shows this message: " unable to connect proxy server..."

Hi,

>> A360 shows this message: " unable to connect proxy server..."

That message is new, but quite good as information. "Unable to connect to proxy server" means that your system/the app can't connect to your proxy server, so I guess take your network admin and go through the network configuration. Either the proxy blocks something or your local workstation can't connect/is blocked with some ports needed.

As noted by others, "proxy server" is a problem on your end with your office network. Talk to your IT specialist.
