autocad 2017 Free Trial Can't Start up due to error message

I have just installed Auto Cad 2017 Free Trial and I can not open it tue to the following error message

AdSync.exe

api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll

 

I am running Microsoft 2007 Professional

 

Please tell me how to fix this so I can work with the free trial of Auto Cad 2017.

I believe the error you are experiencing is due to a C++ redistributable issue. Please see this AKN Article and post your results here.

But I was going to reload mt Windows 7 professional anyway.

after I did this the free trial worked great.
