AutoCAD 2017 failed working

Hi,

My new AutoCAD 2017 32/64 bit can not working properly. It only let me work in 5 minute and then the screen appear this information, please see below picture. Please help me to fix this problem.

Hi,

if you  are working on existing drawings then run command _AUDIT to check the drawing, if you have drawings with XRef's, then use command _RECOVERALL to repair drawings if there are defects.

Depening on graphic card and driver it might make sense to disable hardware acceleration for test (command _GRAPHICSCONFIG) ==> if that dialog is open then create a screenshot from that and upload it, so we can see the internals about your graphic card.

Make sure that the latest service packs are installed for your AutoCAD and please let us know your system specs like operating system, memory and graphic card.
