AutoCAD 2016 - Command line and Titleblock tab refresh problem

I downloaded and installed 2016 a couple weeks ago. Having an issue with the command line and titleblock tab not holding position on my screen. Have not seen this problem on 2013, 2014 or 2015.

Screen shot 1 shows the correct position

Screen shot 2 shows the position of the command line and titleblock tabs after I PAN or ZOOM then exit.

If I CLEAR SCREEN on then off the command line and titleblock tab return to the position of Screen shot 1. Once I PAN or ZOOM in a drawing and exit they move to the position in screen shot 2.

Sometimes it seems to get confused and refresh a view times which blinks the screen everytime as AutoCad refreshes which is annoying.

First I thought my bluetooth mouse was the issue (been using the same mouse with autocad for a year now without problems) but pretty much ruled that out.

Is this a 2016 bug?

You seem to be showing the status bar moving, no the commandline. A feature added to 2016 as described in the WHAT's NEW info for the product.

I do not see this in the WHAT's NEW. Is there a setting that keeps status bar from not moving?

Let me be more specific. I cannot get the layout tab and status bar to stay INLINE with each other. My status bar does not extend past to where the model and layout tabs end and still docks above the status bar.

Right-click on a tab and select "Dock Inline with Status Bar".

@nrz13 replied before I could: that's what you do in 2016.
