Autocad 2016 64bit windows 10 not responding

I have installed autocad 2015, then uninstalled it fully, and did a clean install of autocad 2016, then did a reinstall of autocad 2016 only, but nothing worked.

after clean installation of autocad again( the 2016 one), it worled flawlessly at first, but recently the same problem arised.

what happens is,

->The program loads properly as soon as I double click the Autocad 2016 icon.

->Then for a few microseconds when i hover my mouse, every button on the top(menu, minimize, maximize, close), get hilighted, this happens for approx. 2-3 secs

->Then all of a sudden i cannot click on the upper part..., but i can click on create, learn, start drawing.

-> create and learn are responsive and i can even open the vids.

->Start drawing, open, etc. buttons are useless( i can click but nothing happens).

Thats all i have been able to discover so far.

My config:-

Windows 10 64bit(autocad version 2016- 64bit- sp1),

6Gigs of ram,

Intel i7 5500U,

Intel HD 5500 graphics.

The body of your posts says "did a reinstall of autocad 2016 only" & the signature mentions SP1 for Acad2016.

Did you in fact install SP1 for AutoCAD 2016?

Only 6GB of ram for 64bit AutoCAD 2016 and Windows 10. Seems legit.

How do you even get Windows 10 to run with that little ram?

Is hardware acceleration on? Try the command GRAPHICSCONFIG and turn it off.

Please share that xml file. Review it first, make sure it doesn't include personal information or serial numbers.
