I was able to get help from AutoDesk. One of these steps, in addition to downloading and installing the hotfix helped:
"Here are a couple of AKN's to resolve the issue of not getting maps. I have had particular success with the following:
1. Clear the internet cache from all browsers (ie: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, etc) 2. Deleting the file "LoginState.xml" from the folder C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Web Services. 3. Upgrading the A360 version has helped in some cases as well. Let us know if this does not resolve the issue.
