Both my AutoCAD 2016 and 2017 versions fail to display any kind of map when the geolocation command is issued.
I have accepted the online terms of use.
I have downloaded and installed the geolocaton hotfix.
I have restarted AutoCAD and rebooted the computer.
MY OS is Windows 7 My computer is 64Bit, 32GB RAM, plenty of disk space.
AutoCAD 2018 does display the Geolocation maps on my station.
What's going on? Anyone got any ideas that I haven't already tried.

I was able to get help from AutoDesk. One of these steps, in addition to downloading and installing the hotfix helped:
"Here are a couple of AKN's to resolve the issue of not getting maps. I have had particular success with the following:
1. Clear the internet cache from all browsers (ie: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, etc)
2. Deleting the file "LoginState.xml" from the folder C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Web Services.
3. Upgrading the A360 version has helped in some cases as well. Let us know if this does not resolve the issue.
Please note the solutions listed below are basically the same for all the products for this feature.

Only after I upgraded A360 and signed in (inside AutoCAD and on the A360 menu item) did the maps appear.
