Autocad 2013 trouble plotting custom paper sizes on different computers

We have 15 store-bought identical computers (HP’s) in our office with Autocad 2013 installed on them (they came with Windows 7 but we have upgraded them to Windows 10). We have two printers that we use; a small copier/printer and a wide format printer. We use page setups to make printing easier to the different size papers that we print to. On the wide format we print to two custom size papers; a rotated 24x36 size and a 16x24in. size. We recently built from scratch two new identical computers that have Windows 10 installed on them. We didn’t put them into service at the time because we didn’t need to use them yet. We did install Autocad 2013 on them and imported settings from one of the existing computers. This week our office replaced both the small printer/copier and the wide format with new printers. The techs installed new drivers for both printers on every computer. We went though and remade our page setups using the new printers on one of the original computers. On all of the original computers (HP’s) all of the new page setups work for both printers, however on the two new computers we are having a problem. The setups for the new small copier/printer all work and the setups for the wide format printer using the custom 24x36 paper work, but the setups that use the 16x24in. don’t work. When you select a page setup on the plot menu that contains the 16x24in. paper all of the options (Paper size, Plot area, Plot offset, Plot style table) get set correctly, but the page setup reverts to “none”. You can print the one page correctly. In batch plot, if you select multiple pages to print using one of the page setups with 16x24in. paper the first page will print and then the batch plot stops with an error. I tried creating the page setups using the 16x24in. on one of the new computers and they all worked, but when I tried to use these setups on the one of the older computer it behaved the same way; page setup would revert to “none” and batch plot would stop after first sheet on the setups with the 16x24in. paper. I am assuming that there is some setting or parameter that is different between the older and the newer computers that are causing the incompatibility but I haven’t found it. I am hoping that my explanation of the page setup reverting to “none” when a 16x24in. setup is selected may be the key to understanding what is wrong. My thanks and appreciation in advance to any help that can be offered.

Hi hkhein,

It always helps if you add a few screenshots or a sample drawing. Smiley Wink

Since you're seeing different results between computers, can you first check if same settings are being used in Options > Plot and Publish?

Plot and Publish Tab (Options Dialog Box)
