AutoCAD 2013 Fatal Error

Hello,

I am using Autocad Design Suite 2013 on Windows 7 enterprise 64 bits .

I have an issue when saving autocad files. This is the eror message that I have :

FATAL ERROR:  Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0xbdf2edf8 Exception at e9c37bd9h

Does anyone have an idea how to fix thahat issue?

It happens on 2 computers a least.

Note that there is no error message with Autocad LT 2014 on a same computer.

Please advise.

As a first diagnostic: disconnect your workstation from the network (all networks if there are more), disable antivirus software, and then create a new drawing based on an original AutoCAD template, draw a line and save that file onto the local drive. Do you now get the same exception?
