Autocad 2013 fail

Hello   My Autocad 2013 has stopped working , unhandled exception. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, did not help.  Did notice the reinstall looked the same as what I had on screen before i did the uninstall, the ribbon and command bar. I was surprised by that.   Any suggestions?.  Any companies that can work on this remotely like a geek squad?   Also my inventor does still work I Have the whole 2013 design suite....do I have to uninstall everything? And do the reinstall.   I have seen an error 1310  ?   Craig Mesocore.com 954 332 8470

What were you doing when it crashes? Is it on all dwgs or just one?

What changed between the time it was working fine, and now?

Windows upgrade?
Windows updates? Can you roll those back?

What O/S?

Try logging into the PC as a different user (preferably one that has not logged onto this PC in the past) - in order to generate an new Windows user profile. If the software runs fine under a new user profile, then the issue is tied to your user profile. If not, then it's probably a system-wide problem.

Considering uninstall of whole design suite,  or a new computer

It looks like a complete uninstal would be hours and then a reinstall

have you tried turning off hardware acceleration?

Command: 3dConfig

Next to Hardware Acceleration, Click Off

Hi @Anonymous,

If this seemed to affect the Ribbon I suspect that this is a .Net Framework issue. Is it possible to uninstall .Net Framework 4.7, reinstall 4.6.2 and then reinstall 4.7?

Hi @Anonymous,

Here are instructions for a clean uninstall if you choose to go that method.  Did you check to see if the .Net Framework 4.7 was installed? Did you try removing it and then reinstalling 4.6.2?
