I've seen some video of people being able to use hand drawn schematics, importing that and AI being able to draw out the schematic. I have found reference for it on Autocad.com however I can't find a tutorial.

Has anyone tried this?

Specifically this part from the main page:

  • AutoCAD leverages AI to help drafters iterate faster by reading handwritten and digital markups, and determining the intent of the user to recommend context-aware actions to easily incorporate changes.

Demonstration videos with no acknowledgement of the tools they used can be very misleading to the average user. Sorry. Looks like you might have assumed too much from that?

And your link in your follow up was discussed in detail a couple of weeks or so ago in a public call-in hosted by Autodesk: it is a work in progress, still very much in the early stages, and yes, you're going to be seriously disappointed about that too, here is the link (if the video comes up for that presentation for you, there might be a few seconds of delay)
