auto-formatting (stacking) of fractions

Hi,

I am using AutoCAD 2014.  When I create a leader and enter annotation text that includes a fraction (for example 1/2), the fraction is automatically "stacked" vertically with the "1" directly above a "_" directly above the "2".  I would prefer for this not to happen.  I would like the fraction to appear exactly as I typed it in .... "1/2".

Can anyone tell me if there is a setting that determines whether or not fractions are automatically formatted (stacked) in this fashion?

Thanks in advance,
Paul

Pick on a stacked fraction "character" in an Mtext object, and pick on the little lightning bolt image [or whatever it's supposed to be]:

Pick on Stack Properties on the list that comes up, then on AutoStack... at lower right, and un-check the box at Enable AutoStacking.
