Auto desk Auto CAD 2015 Certified Professional Exam / Spelling mistakes

Hi All,

Recently I have given autodesk autocad 2015 certified professional exam from one of the authorized training center.I have completed the exam successfully and got the certificate on  Jan 30 , 2015 from Autodesk Edu. Here , my cerificate has full of spelling mistakes attached screen shot for your refernce.The person who  signed electronically  on the certificate is Alex who is the Presedent and Cief Executive Officer of the Autodesk Edu/ Autodesk. As of now, I knew the Carl Bass is the only CEO of the Autodesk am not sure about this person Alex. Did I get the correct certifiaction from Autodesk? Did Autodesk/Autodesk Edu  made that kind of simple spelling mistakes on a certificate? Need clarrifcation from you guys. What is the next procedure to get my valid certificate and credentials from Autodesk. I would be very thankful to you if you help me out on this.

Note :  I haven't got my User credentials to login to the Autodesk certified professional database.

Where was the authorized training center ? in the U.S. ?    Online exam ? Do they have a phone number ?

 and was it free or it was someone claimed Authorized Traning Center and gave you this worthless piece of paper that gives a potential employer a laugh.

this should have been created before you took the test

it asks you to fill out an online form before actually taking the exam

truthfully this sounds shady to me

Yes , I got this certificate from below mail ID : certificate@autodeskedu.com. No reference URL

It was a joke for people that they can talk to the computer and can't type (Like me)

No.It was in India. One of the Autodesk authorized training center.Yes its Online exam.I have training institute details and phone number.and they have charged me $100 for this exam. I got this certificate from this mail id : certificate@autodeskedu.com

I think they hijacked the site and redirected to their site just to get your money.

Call the number you have and ask for authentication of your certificate number.

Is it possible to cancel their licence from Autodesk authorized training centers?

How to raise a complaint against them to Autodesk for cancelling their licence?

I doubt that this place has anything to do with sending out fake certificates, possibly some places that nobody can pronoun the country's name.

Thanks for bringing this to Autodesk's attention, the details have been shared with the Autodesk Education dept. and they will be in direct contact with Raju.  thanks Katinka.
