Auto Cad Free Trial

Auto Cad says this when I try to open the free trial:

The application has failed to start because its side by side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail

I don't understand and need some help.

This error may occur if there is a problem with Microsoft® Visual C++ Redistributable installation on your computer.
