Attribute definitions not showing up

Hi all,

My coworker added some new grades (spot elevation text) to the grading plan and when I x-ref that into our production drawing, those grades won't show up. They are attribute definitions and not inside any block. There are some other grades done previously inside a dynamic block which do show up. Do I have to put those text inside a block in order for it to show up? Or is it a simple settings issue I'm missing?

I tried using both CAD and Civil-3D but no luck getting it to show on both.

Yes, here you go. If you xref that into a new dwg the grades in the highlighted won't show...

Without looking at the dwg file, I would check the following;

Are the attributes on a frozen/locked layer?

Are they on a no plot layer?

Thanks for the file: the ones you have tagged as not showing are blocks that have been exploded by someone, which is very unfortunate mistake. You probably want to replace those with your actual blocks (the ones you tag as showing up).
