Arcs and curved polylines plotting thin when using AutoCAD PDF pc3

When plotting to PDF using any of the AutoCAD PDF pc3's, including DWG to PDF, arcs are thinner than lines and they're even shifted a little. See the attached PDFs and DWG file.

This issue does not happen if i plot using a 3rd-party .pc3 (Bluebeam).
But my company has hundred of jobs and thousands of sheets directed to use AutoCAD PDF (General Documentation) pc3.
I would like to resolve this issue with this pc3.
I don't know how long this issue has been happening. Maybe weeks, maybe since updating to 2023 in January this year.
This issue even happens with Civil 3D 2021.2 using the AutoCAD PDF (General Documentation) pc3.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Things i have tried/noticed:

I replaced with PC3s with older versions (from 2021), it didn't help.
This issue happens across multiple people's computers.
This issue happens across multiple project files.
This issue happens on brand new files with only live linework.
It happens with polylines and line and arcs.
It happens on any layer and with any color and any CTBs.
The line weigh discrepancy shows up in any PDF viewer software
This issue happens when i use the <<Civil 3D Imperial>> profile

I have 18 years of Autocad Civil 3D experience. And this is the first issue i cannot resolve myself or find an ansewer from an online forum. Please save me superman!!

I am currently running:
AutoCAD Civil 3D 2023.3.1
Windows 11
Intel i7 vpro
Nvidia Quadro T2000

@nflores9LVE8 ,

Using Autodesk Civil 3D 2021 and see no issue - see the attached PDF.

Also, check the following and use the default Monochrome.ctb (attached).

As last resort, reset AutoCAD to defaults.

Thank you for the quick reply @Valentin-WSP

When I first viewed your PDF, is DO see the line weight issue in the left viewport.

So I thought maybe it's an issue with my viewer, and opened it with Chrome,  and sure enough, the issue is gone.

Same with my previous PDF's. (I swear I tried it in other online viewers)

In any case, I changed the plot settings as you suggested and still have the issue when I view it with Bluebeam. But again the issue is gone when I view it in Chrome.

I think this is an issue Bluebeam not playing well with AutoCAD PDF pc3. I will bring up the issue with their support team.

If you or anyone else has more info about this issue, i would really appreciate more ideas how to resolve it.

Thank you.
