Arc radius and length horizontal

I want to create an arc that has a radius of 30 and in which the distance between the two endpoints is 55 and the endpoints are exactly horizontal. I tried with Arc, Center, start, length but my endpoints are not horizontal. Can anybody tell me how to do this?

Startpoint on the right, option radius =30, Endpoint on the left,

Bulge to the other direction? start on the left...
