Applying Fields to Multiple Objects

My goal is to display the elevations to all the points. I'm unable to. 

How do I display the elevation to each point in this drawing? 

(Please keep in mind and that I'm a field engineer. I'm somewhat new to AutoCAD.)

Forgive me, I was expecting a Civil3D or a site MAP file, not a building floor plan: are you trying to label those blue dots/points on the floor in many rooms, and is their Z elevation what it is you want to display?
