Hi,

>> The same drawing shown different annotation scale in 2 computers

Can you show the difference?

My first idea for that... the annotative text uses a font that exists on one computer, but not on the other computer. And in that case a replacement font is used that might look different. Start command _STYLE and see if any of the defined text styles does not find it's font (yellow warning marker)

Hello @lsantiagoHTS8A

Thanks for posting.

I see that you escalated this case we can further assist you with this issue. We have an article here that will guide you through what to do, you first want to determine if that font is not present on the computer as mentioned.

If the font is not present please review the options below:

1. Change the text style to a font that is available on both computers

or

2. Install the font file on the other computer

Please "Accept Solution" if a reply or replies have helped resolve the issue or answered your question, to help others in the community.

Hi,

no screenshots arrived, please do not use email to answer when you want to attach files.

Instead use your Internet browser to go to the forum post and use the reply button, there you'll find an option to attach files.

BTW: have you verified if fonts are missing?

Hi,

can you please ... on both workstations

  • open the dwg
  • press <F2> to get the bigger version of the command line
  • create a screenshot (so we see what happens when the file is loaded, like showing font replacements, plugins loaded, ...)
  • then start command _ABOUT
  • create a screenshot

If you can upload the dwg-file it would be great to see how it looks like on our systems.

Hi,

Select the annotative object and open properties(ctrl+1) in both systems and see in the annotation scale is same. Also check if system variable "ANNOAUTOSCALE" is set to "2" in both the drawings. If not, then set it "2" and change the annotation scale to different scale and then back to the original one.

The issue is, the same annotative objects look different in different computers.

I am attaching two screenshots so you can see the problem.

We run battman, and sync the block, and the block appears in correct size in one computer, but then it becomes a problem in another.

I am pretty sure you are NOT talking the same file! (OR not talking about full updated softwareproduct version)

Compare the same file

and show use the productversions (of both systems), Command: ABOUT

Hi,

first we need to have 2 equal releases, then we see if updating the other workstation solved it.

With different software releases it does not make sense to compare differences in the results.
