Angular dimension style

Hello everyone,

I've been trying to set up a new dimension style. I've worked most of it out by googling and youtubing.

However, there's one thing that I haven't been able to figure out. I've added an image to display what's wrong..

angular.jpg

As soon as the text of the dimension is too far away from the object that I'm trying to dimension, the lines aren't 'attached' to the object anymore.

What's the fix?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

DIMANGULAR command will achieve what you asking for.when quadrant behavior is on, the dimension line is extended past the extension line when the dimension text is positioned outside of the angular dimension.

Command: DIMANG DIMANGULAR
Select arc, circle, line, or <specify vertex>:
Select second line:
Specify dimension arc line location or [Mtext/Text/Angle/Quadrant]: q
Specify quadrant:
Specify dimension arc line location or [Mtext/Text/Angle/Quadrant]:
Dimension text = 36

Good Luck..
