AectoAcad command

Hello, I need some help when was working on 2013 I found this command and it worked very well in get ride of proxy object, with the use of Bentley enabler.

Now I am working on 2015 my company just upgraded, but the thing is the IT guy down loaded 2016 and we had to remove it form my machine because Bentley does not have enabler for 2016 yet.

So they installed 2015, Bentley's enabler, but when I use the command aectoacad it seem and acts like it is working but when I open the file that was created it still has proxy,

try to explode the objects and it does but gives me Polygon mesh, but the proxy is still there. I can keep doing this for hour but the proxy never really is gone can anyone or has anyone have this happen

At a guess, you are missing one of the object enablers needed.  Bear in mind that's just a WAG, but without the correct enablers,  Acad would probably have no idea how to create the graphics from the proxy.

My guess is your Bentley enabler is not doing it's job well. That's it. You will need to go to them for support.

Autodesk-created OEs work as expected when exporting, or at least the C3D one did in 2016 on a C3D file received recently.

I had contact with Bentley and they gave me a file that was what they said correct enabler, and still nothing, I have found out that the tab in the option box for AutoPlant (Bentley) enabler does not show up when the enabler is installed or less I think it is, I have not figuree out how to determin if the enabler is installed correctly, I can see the the file in the support files but no tab. I am so confussed with this and fustrated I need anyone to help me give me detial steps of how to install the enabler and to see if its installed correctley.

attache file show the tab I was talking about

DLDR Response, try using command AECCexportcivildrawing

I recently started having issues with AECtoACAD not working on some drawings. The command seemed to run correctly, but no drawing file was being created. After a little troubleshooting, I noticed all relevant objects were "AECC" not "AEC". The command AECCexportcivildrawing did the trick.

Indeed for Civil3D users (not the topic of this forum and probably why AEC and not AECC was noted), thanks for sharing though
