Additional Drawings drop down missing

Hello everyone, I am using AutoCAD electrical 2018 but I don't believe it's an electrical issues.   When I have many drawings open they tabs on top flow over where I would have to select the drop down to display drawing tabs that wouldn't fit.  My issue is, when I am full screen I don't see the drop down arrows.  If I minimize my screen, I can typically see those.  I never had that happen when using 2017.  It's also the same regardless of weather I am in ACADE & 2D drafting workspace or any of the other options.  I will post some images of the issue.  The one labeled Additional Tabs shows the arrows I am referring to.  I am using multiple monitors so in the snip with the arrows missing I drew a line showing where 1 monitor stops and the other monitor starts.

thank you for the help.

Hi @Thomasbatson,

Are your monitors set at the same resolution?

Please tell me your OS and graphics card make and model.  If you change to a single monitor I assume this behavior goes away.

Hello John,

Thank you for looking into this.  I am using Windows 10 Pro with Intel(R) HD Graphics 620.  I have the laptop connected to 2 additional monitors and all 2 being used, all of them are the same resolution (1980 x 1020).  It did go away when I changed to single monitor and when I changed back is working just fine.  Not sure what that could mean but I will see if that works for my other users also.  Is that a common hang-up with 2018?

Thank you for your help.

Hi @Thomasbatson,

I am glad it seems to work on your computer. Does it survive a re-boot?

I have not seen this issue on 2018 so I am curious how this works out.  Does a different graphics card drive make any difference?

John,

It does still work properly when I restarted.  A coworker was also experiencing this on windows 10 but a different graphics card.  He changed to use single monitor and back and it is fine as well.  Not sure what that does to be honest, but thank you for your help.

Any luck with this issue?  I'm having the same problem.  I'm running Windows 10 Home 64bit and am using AutoCAD 2019.  I have three monitors.  The main one I use for AutoCAD is 1920x1080 and my other two are at 1600x1900.  I also have two graphics cards but I've had this issue since before I had two graphics cards.  I have my main monitor (the larger one) that I use AutoCAD on connected to an NVIDIA Quadro P100 and the other two to an NVIDIA GTX 1050 Ti.  I have the lastest driver for each.  Today is the first time I noticed the drop down arrows hidden behind the New Drawing tab (image attached).  Usually it looks like the image that was attached in the original post where a tab is just cut off and there is no New Drawing tab.  I also attached an image of how I have my monitors set up.

Thanks.
