Adding Tolerances to Dimensional Parametric Constraints

I have an complex area that we have field measured with angles and dimensions so we can make a piece of precast concrete to fit into it. Our precast will have a 3/8" joint around the edges so we have some room for adjustment. So I am trying to draw that area in AutoCAD and using dimensional parametric constraints to get all the field dimensions and angles to work together. However, AutoCAD is much more precise than our field measuring. So if I measure a side that is 12" by my best estimate because of a chipped edge or something, AutoCAD will make that line exactly 12". However, this makes other dimensions not able to be constrained because its not taking into account variations in field conditions. If all of our dimensions have a tolerance of up to 1/8", that falls within that 3/8" joint that we have for adjustment.
So my questions is, how do I make dimensional parametric constraints with a tolerance of say 1/8"? I am pretty handy with CAD but cannot figure this one out. I'm starting to think it might not be possible. Thank you for your help.
