You need to contact the add-in author/creator for help using the email link provided at the webpage where you got it from... .

Welcome to the AutoCAD Forum.

 

Please check the following points:

  1. I see on the side of the user interface the information ONE NOTE. This gives me the impression the you downloaded <<<this item>>>   from the Autodesk App Store. Is that correct?
  2. Did you check the video which is attached to the app description? 
  3. In which step of the video does the error message appear? (e.g. when signing in)?

When you provide more information, it might be easier to help or give you some recommendations as @Anonymous mentioned - e.g. to contact the provider of this app.
