Activity Insights window pops up each time I change Workspace

This window pops up each time I change workspace. It started happening a few days ago, at least that I've noticed.

Is there a way to turn this of?

I have disabled data collection in my privacy settings on the AutoCad website.

Hi,

you close this palette and WSSAVE your workspace, change the workspace to another one (wscurrent) 

and change it back to the first, new saved, workspace

and it appears again?
