Hi!

ACAD LT 2016 unter W10 Build 1511 wont open.

At hte loading screen, i get an Appcrash.

Eventlog gives informatuion about OGSCertificationUtility-6_3.dll

The text (not exactly)

Problem Event Name: APPCRASH

Fault Module Name: OGSCertificationUtility-6_3.dll

ACAD LT 2016 ran fine in 30-day-demo-mode. After insalling my freshly bought license, it crashes every time i try to start it.

What i have done so far

+ updated video driver

+ disabled uac

+ i am local admin

+ serval reinstalls
+ renamed the OGSCertificationUtility-6_3.dll and back

What to do? could you please try to find a solution with me?
Thanks so much!

Hi,

looks like conflicts with your graphic card driver. The issue (and the solution) is described in >>>that article<<<.

Either run without hardware acceleration or update your gc-driver.

Hi!

I already read the artical - many times.

I also updated my gc-driver - with no luck!

The switch /NOHARDWARE does not help, too.

Plaese..

I don't see where you noted that SP1 was installed for LT2016: it's requires for Win10.

Also, your trial could have been converted to a full license with the ABOUT command's License button: so you probably did not remove the old version very well and the reinstall messed all things up.

You probably need to go through this painful procedure first then reinstall LT2016 (with Sp1) https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/installation-activation-licensing/get-ready/remove-p...
