Text moved or changed sizes?

I am more just curious on this than anything. When I received a drawing from the designer and opened it in CAD I noticed the text in all of the "key notes" sections seemed to be a little bit larger than before, or it moved, because the text now runs through the bottom of the key note section border. Anyone ever experience this? Know why it happens?

You both are not using the same exact font most likely: did you turn off the that alert, or is one of you using a misnamed font file is what you need to discover.
