I just bought a new ASUS UX310UQ laptop and its display resolution is 3200x1800. When I opened Autocad, the words on panel and command toolbar were super huge and unreasonably scaled. I tried to scale down the resolution to 1920x1080. However, the situation was even worse that the entire display of Autocad was full of big buttons and words. I have no idea what had happened. The case is not just happen to Autodesk thing but also other softwares like adobe and rhino that the command bottom became terribly small. What should I do to tackle the problem?

If you use (or wish to upgrade to) AutoCAD2017, go grab the 2017.1.1 update (notice the "point one point one" in the name) from your active subscription-only updates page https://manage.autodesk.com/cep/#products-services/updates
Read all about it here: http://blogs.autodesk.com/autocad/autocad-2017-fall-update/
Note: It doesn't solve all the problems, just many of them. A better fix will probably show up in AutoCAD2018 next year or AutoCAD2019 the year after that.
But... AutoCAD 2016 and lower (and all other software with the same problems) were not designed for high-res monitors. These older versions will only run on displays set to 1920x1080 (also try 2560x1440 and up to 2560x1600 if you have that option) and at 100% text scaling (no more than 125% text scaling).
Read all about AutOCAd 2016 and lower here http://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Odd-gra...
Visit the vendors of the other software for fixes from them, if any are available.
Both Pendean and Patchy posted some great suggestions. I would recommend trying the suggestions made as well as looking over this AKN article: Odd text display within user interface elements in AutoCAD
The update for AutoCAD 2017 as dean mentioned addresses the high resolution monitors it would be something to look into if you do not want to use the workaround's suggested.

Hello
+1 with Mr Legend (pendean) !
Especially with these 2 sentences :
Note: It doesn't solve all the problems, just many of them.
A better fix will probably show up in AutoCAD2018 next year or AutoCAD2019 the year after that.
You can try to switch your display to only 1600 (or 1440) in vertical Mode !?
NO Problem when vertical resolution is less about 1600 pixels ...
Happy New Year and THE HEALTH, Regards, Patrice
